I talk to myself a lot and when I say a lot I mean ALL the time. Even around other people.
Some folks think this is weird but I think its healthy. It’s almost like I’m my own best friend.
I have full conversations with myself when I’m nervous or when I’m stressed and it actually helps calm me down.
SO, start talking to yourself, it just might help when your going through something.
