Do you ever feel that you are all alone even when you are in a crowded room? Why is that? Could it be that the brokenness on the inside of use keep us from connecting to others?
If I cut my arm and its bleeding and I can’t get the band aide to stick. Why, because of the broken pieces.
It’s easier to keep applying more gauze, more towels, trying to cover up the bleeding than it is to remove “everything” look deep inside the wound, find out where the bleeding is coming from and start repairing from the inside out.

I was around 7 years old and my Mom gave me two jars to carry to the basement. As I was walking down the steps I fell and my hand landed on the broken jar. My father wrapped my hand up, drove me to the Doctor. As I sat on my Fathers lap she removed pieces of glass from my hand. As I write this I can still see the scar on my hand. After removing all the broken pieces she began sewing up my hand.

How many folks have been cut or broken? What is bleeding on the inside of you? Is it physical or sexual abuse as child? Is it rejection or abandonment by a parent or family member. It is emotional abuse? Is it verbal abuse by someone who looked deep into your eyes and said “I Love You” only to turn around a try to destroy you with words?

No matter the cause of the wound it is bleeding out and only you can reach deep inside and stop the bleeding.
As I write this I can see “a bleeder”, deep inside your belly. You reach in, you apply pressure, it slows the bleeding, WAIT, I think the bleeding stopped. You relax, take a deep breath. WOW, that was intense, you let out a sigh of relief! THEN ….you slowly….. remove your hand from your belly, you look, “is it bleeding”? “I think it’s ok”. A thought of the past, the abuse, the abandonment, the rejection, OH NO not again? From the debts of your belly the bleeding starts again like a water spicket pouring out of you. Does any of this sound familiar? Does this happen to you or someone that you know?

You may feel like you are “Standing Alone” as you apply the pressure to your wounds just trying to get through the next hour or the next day. You are not along, you do not have to walk the journey alone.
We have a Heavenly Father who loves us unconditionally and he wants to bring complete and total healing to each of us.

We can “Stand Together” as we dig deep, as we go to the source of the bleeding, as we peel off one layer at a time and apply the healing balm and allow our hearts and emotions to heal “one layer at a time”.
Just imagine how beautiful life could be if we don’t have to walk around with bloody hands as we applying presser to the broken pieces inside of us.

Complete and total healing will come through the God of this Universe and I can assure you that he is ready and willing to heal every broken area of our lives.

God, I thank you today that as I write this I KNOW that you are “Standing Together” with each of us leading, guiding, healing and directing our steps as we open our hearts and minds up to your perfect plan for our lives.
