Each person has to define what FREEDOM is for them, but I want to share what it means to me. Freedom isn’t a place or a person. Freedom is Peace, Peace of mind, Peace that reaches deep down into my belly that no one can take away.
Freedom is waking up each morning knowing that my Heavenly Father created me in his image. God had a plan just for me. Only I can accomplish the plan and purpose for my life. God loves me just the way that I am. His Grace and Mercy have covered all of my faults and failures. I can look myself in the mirror each morning with a THANKFUL heart knowing that I am loved by the God that created this universe.
My dear friend would remind me over and over “Let Peace Be Your Guide”. I can stand today and tell you that I have peace beyond my greatest comprehension. I have Peace because I am loved. I have Peace because my Father walks before me working all things out for my good.
Freedom is living each day with the confidence that God WILL make a way when there seems to be no way. While I may not have the answers to all of the questions in my life I KNOW that everything is working out for my good!!
