I woke this morning with Peace deep in my soul and spirit. We don’t realize the significance of that statement until we have experienced living in an emotional and mental “War Zone”.

I don’t have all the letter behind my name as many do. However, I did attend college for a few years. What I do have is an arsenal of life lessons. No doubt these life experiences are what has made me the person that I am today.

Someone asked a friend of mine “what qualifies you for your position” she answered “I’ve been to hell and back” MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY!!

Thinking back a few years ago. I would wake each day anticipating and knowing that the attacks were coming. I just didn’t know the time or the place.

I am a living testimony (thank you JESUS) that living or should I say surviving in those surroundings will steal your physical and mental health and eventually take your life if you do not change your environment.

SO, as I sit in my peace filled home this morning I am overwhelmed with the goodness of God!

I wake each morning realizing that I do not have all the answers, but knowing that my Heavenly Father is working all things out for my good.

God is a lamp unto my feet and light unto my path.

Be encouraged today knowing that the God of this universe gave each of us another day of life.

I chose to live my life today according the words of a song “I will wait while I worship, I will worship while I wait”

The God of this universe, MY heavenly Father created me for worship. While I wait for answers, while I wait for direction, I WILL worship!
